A musical note, a ringing chord, a sound that carries through the room and a silence as another breath is taken.

Voices of the Earth is sure to evoke many thoughts and feelings. A night of music, predominantly from Canada, including a selection of Indigenous composers whose gift of music reflects conversations of our time.

One composer describes his epic piece as  … “ a story of beauty, fragility, darkness, greed, humility, innocence, hope and ultimately redemptive optimism”.
